An active journey of discovering true colors of Meditteranean

If you prefer to enjoy a slow and calm morning, you still can enjoy sea kayaking with our afternoon tour.

Explore the variety of the Pakleni Islands with our afternoon tour where you will find many idyllic bays with pine trees providing cool shade. With sea kayak, you will discover untouched nature of Pakleni islands, view one of the most astonishing Croatian islands from the boat paddling next to its shore, and then encounter the open sea where the sky and sea collide. You will have the opportunity to snorkel and explore vibrant underwater life. The tour’s length is 3 – 5 nm with one longer stop on one of the stunning Pakleni island beaches where you can relax, swim, grab a bite and enjoy the sun. On this kayaking tour, you will be able to take photos, learn some interesting facts about Hvar and Pakleni Islands from your tour guide and also relax while floating in a kayak.

If you want to spend an active holiday discovering the beauty of Croatia, kayaking is an excellent choice for you.

The guide will adjust the sea kayak steering system, according to your height, so you can be safe and comfortable in the kayak once you set off to the sea. Plus, you will get some waterproof bags to store your personal belongings. Once the equipment is set (PFD, dry bags, paddles), you will have a brief safety talk and introduction to basic sea kayaking techniques.

Our one-day trips are the perfect choice for all who never sea kayaked or who sea kayaked only a few times. So, to join ONE DAY tours You just need to know how to swim and we will begin the day with a complete safety briefing and help you to improve your skills, as our guides like to share their passion of the sport.

If you are joining our one-day sea kayaking trips than we advise the following: water bottle (min 1 litre per person), swimming suit and towels, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, lycra t-shirt or regular t-shirt to wear under the life-jacket, shoes that can get wet, some cash for refreshments or lunch during our swimming break…

Most of our day tours are suitable for kids. We always advise that one parent shares a double sea kayak with the child, while teenagers are able to get a single sea kayak.

Tipping generally reflects your interpretation of the quality of service, it is appropriate of you to tip when the service is quality; a reflection of your content is shown through the tip you leave. On the other hand, when service is sub-par or not to your liking, nothing is obliged of you to tip.  Tips represent a very large sum of a tour guide’s earnings. A general tip is between 10%-35% of the total sum if you are happy with the experience and the service provided.

All in all, show your appreciation for the quality of service you are receiving, Croatians do work very hard to ensure you’re happy, satisfied, and enjoying every aspect of Croatia. It’s never too hard to give a little :)
